- The UMCG intends to have 6 temporary operating theaters realized for the renovation of the current operating theaters on the 1st and 3rd floors of the operating complex. With these temporary ORs, space is obtained with which the current ORs can be released so that they can be renovatedbecome. Based on the planning of the Masterplan UB35, the temporary ORs will have to serve for 8 years, with a possible extension of up to 10 years. The UMCG wants to commission the development, construction, maintenance and demolition from one market party and to charge a periodic rental amount for this.eat. Various requirements and preconditions have been drawn up for this process, which are included in the Specification. The latest date for commissioning by the user is March 31, 2025. The necessary validation and move-in must therefore have taken place before this date.
