- European public tender RAW Framework Agreement Green Maintenance Betuwe East National 20262030 The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW specification. The Rivierenland Water Board has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAWR framework agreements. Water Board Rivierenland wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Tenderer. Partial assignments will be made during the term of the Framework Agreement turned off, no rights can be derived from this. Carrying out green maintenance generally consists of: • preparatory work (including communicating with plot owners); • mowing waterways (period 1); • mowing waterways (period 2); • mowing waterways (period 3); • mowing banks and mowing and cleaning up nature-friendly banks (NVOs); • mowing and clearing ponds and water features; • mow maintenance paths; • mowing (chimney) dams; • mowing installations and works of art freely; • making personnel and equipment available. Duration of agreement The RAWR framework agreement has a term from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030. The contract term is therefore 4 years and 9 months.
