Description: NPO is looking for a system for managing and publishing radio diagrams, broadcasts, scrolls, audio / video content and associated metadata for the purpose of the radio production and publication chain. The system plays a central role and must link with many other systems in the radio chain. We call this the Radio Content and Editorial System (RCRS).
NPO wants a modular and flexible structure of the system. In this way we think faster to respond to the changing needs of viewers / listeners, users and progressive technology. We want to be able to facilitate changes to the NPO radio strategy. We also want to be able to do the right to the specific way of working from each of our radio channels. Finally, we are thinking to improve the quality of metadata by managing the radio shapes centrally in the new system, which is currently not possible.
