- The assignment consists of delivering an integral technical solution (city pass system) to be able to operate a Purmerend pass in combination with a number of executive tasks. The municipality has the ambition to make the Purmerend pass available in the long term to a broader target group. ThisExpansion depends on the availability of additional financial resources. The municipality reserves the right to extend the assignment - within the set technical and functional frameworks, as included in the tender documents including the program of requirements - toAdditional target groups. The exact size and phasing of this expansion is determined during the term in consultation with the contractor.
