- The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one (1) Contractor for the purchase and delivery of narrow-gauge tractors, in accordance with the wishes and requirements set out in the Tender Guidelines and supplementary Appendices. For the tendering of this contract, Aanbestethe service opted for a European public tender. At the moment, the current narrow gauge tractors are at the end of their lifespan and need to be replaced. In the coming years, there will be a need within the Contracting Authority to purchase several narrow-gauge tractors. The exchange of the huinarrow gauge tractors fall outside the scope of this Tender. The contracting authority will carry out the daily maintenance on the tractor itself, outside the warranty period. The scope can therefore be limited to an initial delivery.
