Description: This is the publication in the event of voluntary transparency in advance of the intention to award the assignment to purchase a (1) cytek Aurora Spectral Cell Seter. The purchase of a (1) Cytek Aurora Spectral Cell Sorter including maintenance will be able to be a single private underhand on the basis of an exception to the tendering obligation because the UMCG can invoke Article 2.33 paragraph b, sub 2. Aw. This article describes that if no competition is possible for economic or technical reasons, an exception to the tendering obligation is created. A market survey carried out by the UMCG showed that there are currently only two suppliers of spectral cell-sorters. Both were tested on location. This study showed that only one spectral cell-sorter is available that can measure 40 parameters simultaneously. Only the Cytek Aurora Cell-Sorter meets our requirements.
