- The tender for a new ten-year bus concession for Fryslan should have taken place in 2022. Due to the corona pandemic, we had to postpone this tender at the time. As a bridge, the province of Fryslan and the current carrier Arriva for the timetable years 2023 and 2024negotiated a bridging concession. The current bridging concession ends in December 2024. We wish to use this tender to award the Concession to a single Tenderer.
