Description:
The municipality of Breda currently uses the cloud application BinnenBeter and the app BuitenBeter, with which the citizens of Breda can submit reports in the Public Space. Approximately 99,000 reports are made by citizens every year. These reports are handled by the Customer Contact Center (KCC). Waste Service department, by the Cleaning team, by the Enforcement team and by the Neighborhood Affairs team.
Notifications must be efficient, transparent and effective completed. This directly contributes to a higher quality of service and greater satisfaction among residents, entrepreneurs and visitors. The emphasis in this tender will therefore mainly be on user-friendliness. After all, the more user-friendly the application is the app is, the more accessible it is for citizens and entrepreneurs.
