- The provinces of Noordbrabant and Limburg facilitate a new concession on behalf of participating municipalities for the placement, management, maintenance and exploitation of public charging infrastructure. The focus of this concession is on the acceleration of the rollout of public charging stations and to anticipate the strong increase in the number of electric cars. The provinces want to achieve this acceleration by: a) the realization of a covering network of public charging points; b) data -driven rollout based on the performance of the existing network; c) rollout on the basis of locations proposed by the municipality (strategic charging stations).
