Project Description: Building Out a Technology Media RoomThe International Criminal Court and the Office of the Prosecutor are looking to build out a state-of-the-art technology media room that can be used for presentations, webinars, video conferences, and other technology-related events. We are seeking proposals from experienced contractors who can provide a comprehensive solution for the project.Scope of Work:The scope of work for the project includes the following tasks:Construction: The contractor will need to build out the media room according to the approved design plan. This may include framing, drywall installation, electrical work, and other construction tasks.Technology Installation: The contractor will need to install all the necessary technology components for the media room, including projectors, screens, speakers, microphones, cameras, lighting, and other related equipment.Testing and Commissioning: Once the construction and technology installation is complete, the contractor will need to test and commission all the systems to ensure they are fully functional and ready for use.Training: The contractor will also be responsible for training our staff on how to use the ...
