The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT), is seeking one contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for the UN-IRMCT facilities in its headquarters in the Hague.The preventive maintenance and repair services includes seven (7) areas:1- Ventilation System2- Automatic Gates and Doors System3- Kitchen Equipment and Refrigerators4- Flagpoles5- Intercom System6- UPS Systems7- Emergency GeneratorPlease note that the exact description list including the models and types of equipment and components for each system will be available only in the solicitation documents. The location for delivering the services is Churchillplein 1,2517 HW, The Hague. The requirements are as follows:1. Provision of 24/7 service coverage.2. Provision of emergency call-out service.3. Provision of maintenance plan.4. Provision of additional services on as-required basis.5. Provision of a Project Manager and five (5) Technicians.The new contract will be established for a duration of two (2) years, with an option for extension for three (3) further one-year periods (2+1+1+1).
