Description: The services include the supply of Catering Services at the OPCW Headquarters in The Hague, the Netherlands as follows: Lot 1: Executive catering for ODG (DG lunches and receptions); Lot 2: Provision of fully serviced vending machines; Lot 3: Provision of self-service cafeteria or staffed food and beverage service; and Lot 4: Other catering services for meetings and events.The ideal outcome would be to select one contractor that can cover all catering services. This RFP is presented in separate Statements of Work to enable offers for part of the services. Awarding the services per Statement of Work to more than one contractor will be considered if it is not possible to find one contractor for all services. In that case consideration will be given to exclusivity, i.e., it is not the intention that contractors will have to compete for scarce clients and facilities.
