The provider arch is continuously open for registration of new POBers. It is possible for every POBer in the Netherlands who meets the criteria to register.
As a POBer you wearprovide support for the company doctor in the guidance of employability and absenteeism, based on the self-management model. You are part of a multidisciplinary customer team consisting of, among others, a company doctor, reintegration advisor, company social worker and laborand Organization expert. You work closely with the company doctor. Delegation of tasks takes place on the basis of the laws and regulations regarding task delegation. Your duties are varied and involve supporting the company doctor and guiding employees. You have periodic task sharingation consultation on substantive case studies and trends in the field of (absenteeism) guidance. You are the link between employee, manager, company doctor and other parties involved.
