• Description:
• The two Contractors must intensively catch crayfish in surface waters at a total of 10 locations (approx. 6.5 km length, approximately 10 ha surface area) for a period of 3 (three) months, from approximately mid-March to approximately mid-June, using deployed tunnel baskets, jumping baskets and one-wing lobster traps. by emptying the trapping equipment with such a frequency that at the end of this period the number of crayfish has been reduced to an average of 0.7 lobster per m2. The catch must be processed or stripped by the Contractor itself in the highest quality and animal-friendly manner possible.
