- The Contracting Authority wants to get a better grip on the quality of the procurement of maintenance services and installation works with regard to Public Lighting.
At the moment the Contracting Authority has an Agreement to use a DAS. However, it has been found that the DAS method does not yield the correct result.The current contract ends in June 2023. The Municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn therefore wishes to conclude a new agreement in the form of a Framework Agreement with one party. In addition to the quality aspect, the Contracting Authority wants to automate further ease of work and administrative workseren.
