- The aim of the tender is to intend to conclude an agreement with a (1) contractor for the implementation of the financial accountability of projects from the Future Networks Services (FNS) program that fall under the subsidy scheme of the National Groeifonds ( NGF). This accountability focuses specifically on the two program lines for which TNO is the Penvader, namely Program control (PL0) and leading applications (PL3). In addition to this role of Projectbureau, the financial monitoring of the entire FNS program is also part of the assignment by a financial manager, who is a member of the program board. The preference of TNO is for a party that can, if necessary, give advice on the subsidy options in complex financing issues and the associated administrative obligations. This service must be performed in accordance with the requirements and wishes as included in the guideline.
