- The scope of the framework agreement includes project management work. In particular, it concerns project management work with regard to the realization of (new) schools or its renovation. In the coming six (6) years, it is expected that six IHP projects will be started and realized (renovation or new construction). The 1st projects will be started in autumn of 2025. DHS wants to contract a agency that supplies a fixed project manager for each project and takes care of replacement in the event of any interim failure. The project manager has an important role in the project and will organize and manage the construction project organization. DHS will put the entire process from planning to construction or renovation and aftercare in the hands of the project manager.
