- The aim is to admit Candidates to the DAS who can support the RET with regard to the hiring of ICT project employees.
The programs Cyber Security integrally introduced (CS-ii) and ICT Backbone (IBB) were launched in April started to give substance to an ambition from hhe RET business plan, priority 6 digitization. This states, among other things, to strive for CMMI level 2 for CS-ii and CMMI level 3 for IBB. To realize these ambitions, program teams have been put together and the project leaders have drawn up project plans. These plans are based on theprogram schedules and require a certain commitment from the RET and on top of that a large amount of hiring. The latter stems from, on the one hand, the ambitions laid down in the planning and, on the other hand, the limited availability of our own personnel. Given the overcrowded change agenda/change funnel at dThe ICT department is required to be hired in order to be able to carry out both programs.
