Description: Procedure adoption by means of the European Public Procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. The client is the municipality of Breda. For more information about the municipality of Breda, we refer you to the website of the municipality: www.breda.nl. -assigned assignment concerns the delivery of programming work and software for traffic lights. The assignment is divided as follows; planable work; incidental work. Percertainate assignment is not divided into plots. The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a duration of three (3) years for the delivery of these services per plot with the effect date 1 January 2023.de Client has the right to extend these two (2) times by two (2) years. The decision -making with regard to this extension (s) is based on the evaluation of the delivered performance. The framework agreement is entered into with two (2) contractors . The size of the assigned estimated size of the work is approximately 6 traffic lights per year. Further assignments can cover several traffic lights/intersections.
