- The design and realization of the functional railway crossing (more specifically: underpasses, for fast traffic, slow traffic and for an ecological or water management function), from ground level to ground level, including inextricably linked activities (e.g. cables and pipelines)relocation, remediation, etc.), insofar as these fall within ProRail under the Tunnel Alliance Programme, unless:
•The underpass is, in a technical or technical sense, intertwined with other work in such a way that it is necessary to consider and tender the underpass separately in accordance with the scope limits and methodof the Tunnel Alliance, in the opinion of ProRail: undesirable, ineffective, too risky and/or too restrictive in terms of optimisation, or
•ProRail is not free under an (administrative) agreement to design the underpass within the TA Program Recognition to ask.
