This concerns the public market consultation for the possible purchase of a Production-worthy Trial Set-up e-Depot facility (for the period of /- 1/2 to 1 1/2 years) for IT Platform Twente and participating organizations (possibly all Twente governments, but in practice participation works on the basis of 'coalition of the willing").
With this market consultation we want to collect information from the market in preparation for any tender(s) in this area. We also want to give the potential bidders the opportunity to put forward their vision and to reflect on the intended market approach.(and scheduling). We have drawn up a number of questions and a Program of Requirements (PoR) for this purpose, in order to get a clear picture of the developments and ideas in the market.
