- AD is tendering a new agreement as of January 1, 2024 for the processing of residual waste. Residual waste is understood to mean fine household residual waste (HRA), recycling center coarse household residual waste (GHA), cleaning services waste (RDA), and trade, services and government waste (HDO). The VAB is voplans to dump these waste streams in the same bunker and mix them into one residual waste stream that can be transported for processing.
