• Client and contractor Cooeperatieve Vereniging Midwaste Milieu UA (further: Midwaste) Poortweg 4 B 2612 PA Delft Participating members: These are the following Midwaste members: Saver N.V. Municipality of Oss; Waste disposal service 'sHertogenbosch; ACV Group. Tenderers are invited to submit an offer to be done taking into account the requirements and wishes included in this tender. Tenderers may register for one or more lots. The lots are not related to each other, there is no advantage for a tenderer under the award system if he tenders for multiple lots. Assignment This tender relates to the processing of Bulky Household Waste (GHA). The GHA mainly comes from the recycling centers of the participating organizations and to a limited extent from the collection routes. The Client intends to be a reliable and expert partner contract that ensures efficient, safe and compliant processing of the waste streams offered during the term of the agreement, within the applicable laws and regulations and relevant quality and environmental standards. The assignment is divided into four lots, namely: Lot 1 Saver Annual volume: approximately 6,900 tons Lot 2 Municipality of Oss Annual volume: approximately 2,500 tons Lot 3 Waste Service 'sHertogenbosch Annual volume: approximately 7,000 tons Lot 4 ACV Annual volume: approximately 800 tons The numbers mentioned are mainly calculated on the basis of historical data and are indicative only. No rights can be derived from the forecasts. Transport is not part of this tender; all clients take care of the transport from GHA to the processing location itself. For this reason, a maximum distance requirement is set for the location of each plot the contractor. The specific distance requirement per plot is included in the relevant plot.
