Description: The purpose of this tender is to arrive at an agreement with one contractor for providing services for the Procedural Warmteclusters Green Metropolitan Arnhem-Nijmegen to the Province of Gelderland. This assignment is awarded to the tenderer who the The most economically advantageous registration, being the best price-quality ratio. The assignment concerns the appointment of a process supervisor who facilitates the conversation within the Heaters (AVR, Parenco and Arn) between heat supplier and municipalities and who aims to get to the clusters within the clusters agreements about the distribution of heat that the regional interest serves optimally. The process supervisor supports municipalities in the joint development of knowledge and understanding of what is involved in the development of a heat cluster, partly in the light of the recently made decisions in the framework of the Collective heat supply Act.
