Description: The assignment that is put out to tender relates to the delivery, implementation and maintenance of software for process design and architecture. With the new process modeling, the municipality of Apeldoorn wants to combine both business and architecture modeling in 1 tool. The assignment is awarded based on the best price-quality ratio (BPKV). The aim of the client is to arrive at an agreement with one (1) contractor on the basis of this European public tendering procedure according to the Public Procurement Act 2012. The initial term of the agreement to be concluded is three (3) years with unilateral optional extension of seventeen ( 17) times one (1) year. The choice of extending or not is based solely on the municipality of Apeldoorn as a client. The client will assess annually before the end of the term of this agreement or the term will be extended by one year. (In the event of a high -quality work in the opinion of the client, it will not be extended).
