Description:
The Contracting Authority aims to achieve the following with this tender:
a. Contracting two Contractors with whom a long-term partnership is built up;
b. Limiting the efforts of the Contracting Authority to familiarize market parties, because these market parties repeatedlyall be deployed;
c. Expanding and managing standardization so that the manageability (projects, changes) and maintainability of process automation/electrical engineering is increased;
d. Stimulating the input of innovative ideas and knowledge exchange between Contractorsmutually and the Contracting Authority;
e. Clear working method and agreements that are widely supported within the Contracting Authority about the use of the Framework Agreement for process automation/electrical engineering in projects and maintenance;
f. Compliance with the legal procurement rules for services and lsupplies for process automation/electrical engineering in projects and maintenance.
