Description: The purpose of the tendering the conclusion of an agreement with one (1) contractor for printing and scanning of the following equipment:
- Type 1: Desktop printers: 25 ppm, single and double-sided, color and black / white, with optional pass reader, minimum 500 sheets of paper capacity, - Type 2: Multifunctionals: 30 ppm, single and double-sided, color and black / white, copy and scan, internal finishing unit (stapling, sorting), incl. Pas reader, minimum 2,000 sheets of paper capacity,
- Type 3: Multifunctionals: 40 ppm, single and double-sided, color and black / white, copying and scanning, internal finishing unit expanded (staples in the back, sorting), incl. Pas reader, minimum 2,000 sheets of paper capacity The Contractor also has to perform maintenance on types 2 and 3.
Delivery must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and wishes as included in the tender documents.
