Description of the assignment: The municipality of Breda is responsible for the organization of the elections. On average, at least one election or vote will take place every year. In the organization of elections there is a need for large numbers of printing. This printed matter must meet high quality requirements such as the guidelines and specifications of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (hereinafter: BZK).
At least the assignment comprises voting documents for the following elections:
- 2022: Municipal Category, 2023: Provincial Council and Water Board Election, 2024: European Parliament, 2025: House of Representatives Election.
