Description:
The scope of the assignment includes the delivery of Printwork letters and the provision of related services. The Assignment includes the integral purchasing needs of the municipality of Amsterdam and is divided into two lots:
Printing of addressed letters.
Printing unaddressed letters.
Recipient letters
This could be a person, but also an entrepreneur. The letters contain the name and address of the recipient. The letter can also contain personal information specifically aimed at the recipient. This includes absenteeism letters, a WOZ assessment, fines and benefit specifications.
Unaddressed letters
Unaddressed letters are generic letters that are distributed widely to all mailboxes in a specific area without a specific name or address. The letters are often about the neighborhood or district. This includes reports that the roundabout is being adjusted, information about the Amsterdam marathon, which has caused some roads to be closed, events in the area or maintenance work in the area.
