Description: The assignment comprises the printing, insertion and sending of (financial) municipal documents, such as assessments, reminders, writ of execution and any attachments.
This tender is aimed at selecting a flexible and punctual supplier who can deliver the required quality. The objective of this European public tender is to select and contract one (1) tenderer.
The waiting room agreement is concluded with the tenderer who has finished number two in the ranking. The digital flow for assessments is outside the scope of the assignment.
The contracting authority is expected to send approximately 5,000 assessments from July to December 2021. In 2022, approximately 109 100 attacks will be sent. The schedules, appendices 16 and 17, include an estimate of the numbers up to and including December 2022. The size mentioned above is only intended as an indication.
