- The demand that will be put on the market from the province of Utrecht concerns print, copy and scandal services. The service consists of in any case of the following: a) providing the service of equipment and software for printing, copying and scanning, including repair, maintenance and consumables at the provincial house locations, a draw, house ter Heide, De Meern, Paushuize and archaeological depot of contracting service; b) Follow -up printed print including setting up and managing the printqueos (and software) that is required for this; c) Onsite Services (on location Provinciehuis) for topping paper, toners, for remedying minor disruptions and giving instructions to end users; d) Service management and reports (with regard to volumes and availability versus KPIs). e) Printing service that continues to connect with the changing IT environment, the migration to the cloud, see Appendix1 and par. 2.5 Guidelines.
