Children experiment and seek boundaries on, that is part of growing up. But sometimes they go too far and get into trouble. The municipality of Lansingerland wants to focus on this and focuses on this. To guarantee equality and transparency, the municipality uses a public market consultation for this. This is one of the instruments that play a role in further decision -making regarding tendering procedure (s). With this market consultation we check whether there are parties that have a preventive offer for children with problematic or (imminent) criminal behavior.
