- This tender relates to the European tender for preventive medical examination. Don't forget to sign up for the information day on Wednesday 29 March 2023. The PMC process consists of in any case of the following steps (in accordance with guidance for preventive medical investigation of workers from the Dutch Association for Labor and Bedrijftoedkunde (NVAB)) the preparation: with Or on behalf of the commander of the unit and employee participation committee, the action plan and work -related risks are discussed. In this phase, the employees are also informed by the BGZ department about the PMO. The implementation: The research is being carried out after which the employee receives individual feedback from a doctor or nurse. This is followed by an analysis at group level, an (anonymous) group report and, if necessary, advice on the use of group interventions. Finally, an evaluation and the planning of a follow -up follows.
