Description: This tender relates to the European tender for preventive medical examination. Do not forget to register for the information day on Wednesday 29 March 2023. The PMO process consists of in any case of the following steps (in accordance with the guideline for preventive medical investigation of workers of the Dutch Association for Work and Business Medicine (NVAB)): The preparation: with or on behalf of the commander of a unit and the employee participation committee, the action plan and the work -related risks are discussed. In this phase, the employees are also informed by the BGZ department about the PMO. The performance: the research is being carried out, after which the employee receives individual feedback from a doctor or nurse. This is followed by an analysis at group level, an (anonymous) group report and, if necessary, advice on the use of group interventions. Until conclusion follows an evaluation and the planning of a follow -up.
