- From June 2012, the municipal apparatus of the municipality of Gouda has been housed in the House of the City.
The House of the City is a modern office environment equipped with modern techniques that support the new way of working as well as possible. Attention was also paid to a sustainable buildingke is energy efficient (A label) with, among other things, a ATES installation, 154 solar panels and the use of sensors in rooms that regulate an active switch-on and switch-off in relation to the use. For this building and a technical side location, the Contracting Authority is looking for a contractmer who wants to take care of building-related installation maintenance.
