- The provinces of Drenthe, Gelderland and Overijssel are currently working hard on the new tender for the Vechtdal lines and ZHO train concessions. The draft PoE has been drawn up in preparation for the tender, the publication of which is currently planned for the summer of 2024. There are also nog some issues open. The draft PoR is shared via Mercell. And soon the issues for the market consultation will also be shared via Mercell.
The Provincial Executive of the provinces of Drenthe, Gelderland and Overijssel will jointly allocate the Vechtdal Line Concession and the ZHO Concessionapparently. The province of Overijssel acts as secretary. The Concessionaire will grant both Concessions to the same Concessionaire. The Concessions are unimodal (train only); the bus part of the current Twente-ZHO concession is not part of the tender.
