Tender for Achterhoek-Rivierenland concession
On October 24, 2023, GS van Gelderland agreed to the Draft Program of Requirements for the Achterhoek-Rivierenland concession.
The concession runs from December 2025 to December 2035 with an option to extend by 7 years until December 2042. . In theIn the appendix you will find the draft PoE including attachments and the response form.
Consultation Design PoE
The next 6 weeks are open for consultation. Responses are welcome until December 5, 2023. The tender is scheduled to be published at the end of January 2024. The end of the registration periodis expected to be in mid-May 2024. It will be clear in July or August who will be the new concessionaire. The concession will take effect on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
