- Enexis has drawn up a Pre-employment Screening Selection Guide document to select a Candidate who is able to perform the requested Pre-employment Screening and its affiliated companies. (see an attached attachment in Mercell)
Enexis is looking for a reliable, expert partner who professionally advises and relieves Enexis of Pre-employment Screening at reasonable costs in accordance with the laws and regulations, ethical and safe business operations.
It is also important that the Candidate realizes an improvement in quality and continuity with regard to the Screening of persons. A supplier must be able to demonstrate at least the following requirements upon submission:
o Having a valid POB permit (which stands for a quality mark for private research agencies)
o Have experience in conducting research in the Netherlands and countries outside the Netherlands
o Having a valid ISO 27001
o Having a valid ISO 9001 or equivalent
o Having a system/platform that can be linked to SuccessFactors at Enexis upon submission
For several years now, the HR (Integrity and Recruitment) department has seen an increase in the influx of new and advancement of existing staff. Enexis has developed its own Company Regulation 10 pre-employment screening for this purpose (see an attached appendix in Mercell).
