Description:
We are looking for a party that is willing to contribute to the implementation of the Living In Multi-Year Plan for several years, specifically on the Dual Career and Employer Ownership pillars. Since 2016, the Living In program has been implemented from Holland Expat Center South with the aim of intto better attract and retain national talent for the region by creating an internationally friendly environment.
The Living In program not only focuses on the attracted talent that comes from companies (large companies, SMEs and start-ups) and knowledge institutions in the regiont work, but also on the partner (spouse) and/or children who travel with them.
The Dual Career pillar focuses on the professional integration of the spouses. Our goal is to help spouses successfully enter the labor market and make SMEs more receptive to international talent.
TheOwnership pillar Employers is committed to further engaging employers to focus more on the family and to be more open to working with international highly educated spouses.
Our assignment ties in with the above pillars. Our goal is to: on the one hand- through targeted programs - to make spouses "labour market ready", thereby accelerating professional integration.
