Description:
The Zuiderhage implementation organization (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf and the municipality of Lelystad) intends to start the public tender with pre-selection (using knockout criteria) for the development location Zuiderhage Buurtschap 7 (Overbeke) in the first quarter of 2026. In the coming years, Lelystad will be expanded with a new district, Zuiderhage, in the south of the existing city. Between the Hollandse Hout and the A6, adjacent to the existing residential area of Warande. Neighborhood 7 (Overbeke) is in phase 1 of the housing location and offers space for the realization of approximately 800 homes and associated facilities, spread over three development areas.
