Description:
On November 27, 2024, a market consultation started (TenderNed reference: TN 499188). Discussions took place with various market parties in the first quarter of 2025. Description of the scope The concessionaire (contractor) is responsible for design, construction, operation, management and maintenance of solar carports, PV panels, charging stations, energy storage and other facilities. The concession holder is responsible for an appropriate participation process in order to generate support. The concessionaire must carry out the assignment at his own expense and risk and exploit. Both the costs and the revenues are for the concessionaire tenderer. The realization includes all preparations required to create an integrated design for a Solar Carport that contributes to the municipal ambitions.
