- The municipalities of Zoetermeer and Pijnacknootdorp intend to ignore mail and election post services, in accordance with the program of requirements in Appendix 3 of the descriptive document. The municipalities have chosen to divide this assignment into the following plots: Plot 1: Post for municipalities of Zoetermeer and Pijnacknootdorp This plot consists of mixed mail, party post (including WOZ, city poll, tax assessments), registered documents. Plot 2: Printing and shipping election post for the municipality of Pijnacknootdorp and the municipality of Zoetermeer. This Plot consists of the printed matter of voting passes, candidates and ballot papers and the delivery thereof for the elections in the municipalities. The direction of the entire process from production from printing up to and including delivery to the correct addresses is also part of the Job.
