Description:
The municipality of Utrecht1 wants to conclude one service agreement for the delivery of a Saascloud Portfolio and Project Management Solution (PPMO), the implementation of this, migration of existing data and rollout to four of its organizational units (OOS). In the long term, the PPMO must also be rolled out to other OOs under the same service agreement. The agreement has a duration of initially four years with options to extend four times two years. This 4 years includes the implementation. In one year, the municipality expects an average of 1,500 users to join the intended PPM solution/ to have it collaborated. The municipality intends to award the assignment to one tenderer. The municipality gives the tenderer the tenderer with the most economically advantageous registration based on the best price -quality ratio.
