Description:
The purpose of this market consultation is to exchange information regarding the proposed tender for the delivery and maintenance of 2 Portable Chemical and Explosive Identification Systems. This shall be done through the following steps:
1. This (electronic) market consultation;
2. Your respond;
3.Evaluation of the written respond(s).

After receipt and evaluation of the (written) respond(s) COMMIT may decide to continue further consultations with selected suppliers. Selection of suppliers for the consultations will be based on the (written) responses and how well this fits within the scope ofthis project.
4. Further consultations with selected suppliers;

Based on the information gathered from steps 1 through 4, as given above, the intention is to proceed with this project by setting up the required tender documents. Bear in mind that European tendering laws may be applicable in thefurther process and information gathered through this market consultation may be used to set up the tender documents.
