Description: The purpose of renewing the port traffic model to version 5.0 is to renew the HVM4.0 in terms of model entry, basic matrices, prognosis years, vehicle types, model technology and software. In addition, management and documentation are improved.
The agreement is entered into for 3 fixed years; of which 1 year construction of the model and 2 years for the management and maintenance of the model.
The agreement can then be extended twice; The first time for 2 years of management and maintenance and the second time for 1 year of management and maintenance.
The total duration of the agreement is a maximum of 6 years.
