- The 'supply ingredients' Assignment to be tendered consists of the delivery (purchase) of food ingredients for the company's own catering service and taking care of the logistics for these food ingredients (ordering process, deliveries on location at delivery points and administrative processes).The interpretation of the service consists of at least the following components:
The Client will conclude an Agreement with the Contractor for the aforementioned delivery and services. The delivery and performance of the services will start on September 1, 2023. The Agreement becomesentered into for the maximum duration of eight (8) years, namely a fixed, initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension by the Client up to five (5x) one (1) year.
