- Description: GGDBZO is looking for an electronic physical access solution for its employees at the various locations in Brabant-Zuidoost. The requested solution works on the basis of SaaS and includes: implementation (including assembly); training administrators; management of the SaaS application; 1200 pre-printed cards; printer to print the cards can print photos, QR codes, logos and text in color .; card readers; electronic online door fittings; controllers; migrating of four local camera systems; management of existing cameras; link on contact basis with alarm systems from ATS and sate. The agreement is entered into for a period of a minimum of four (4) years and a maximum of ten (a maximum of ten (a maximum of ten ( 10 years. The Software AS A Service (SaaS) solution is first implemented, after which the assembly work can be started at various locations. The commencement date of the agreement (SaaS service) is no later than 1 April 2024, after acceptance of the delivery by GGDBZO.
