• Description:
• The Royal Navy invites SW companies and entrepreneurs whose main objective is the social and professional integration of the disabled or underprivileged to register for the following services to be provided: 1. The secondment of candidates from the target group. NB: Recruitment and selection is a task for the Royal Navy (then Client). 2. Applying for and settling subsidies. The service provider must determine the subsidies to be received based on: apply for and receive current subsidy schemes from the relevant authorities and settle this with the Client. 3. Taking over the current contracts (approx. 50). The objectives of the assignment are: 1. improving the labor market position: Employees who are at a distance from the labor market should be helped to find and keep a job; 2. increasing self-reliance: Employees must be supported to become more self-reliant and less dependent on others; and 3. improving the quality of life: Employees must are helped to achieve a better quality of life through work and participation. Under the Participation Act, the client currently employs approximately 50 employees from the target group. The contracts serve (including absenteeism guidance and reporting) to be managed by the service provider. The Royal Navy wishes to achieve the quota in the “Jobs Agreement Act” by seconding employees who belong to the target group for the participation jobs. And wishes for one for this to conclude a framework agreement with a service provider (then Contractor) for two school years, namely: 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 with (5) five options for extension by (1) one school year. In accordance with art. 82 of the Public Procurement Act 2012, is participation This tender procedure is reserved for sheltered workshops and entrepreneurs whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people.
