Description: Willemspoort CV intends to develop a new parking garage in the development of Willemspoort Zuid in 's-Hertogenbosch (opposite the Jeroen Bosch Hospital). Willemspoort CV has chosen to realize the project through an integrated contract, UAV-GC 2005.
The parking garage is above ground and has a minimum parking capacity of 360 parking spaces spread over 3 layers (ground level + 2 floors). Part of the assignment is an optional lesser assignment for exporting 240 park paces instead of said 360 by expiring a building layer.
