- The aim of this tender is to enter into an innovation partnership for the development of a parametric model for educational housing. Parametric model: "A digital and dynamic (3D) software tool with which based on parameters (for example geometric, building physical, Constructive, Energetic, TCO) and their mutual relationship optimized integral design choices can be generated that are maximum connected to both the demand side and the supply side, for use by school boards and municipalities for the benefit of school construction ". A developer who can develop a basic version of the parametric model until 30 June 2026 and can then be used by developing and managing and maintaining with interim evaluation moments. t/m 2028 (excl.
